AllRanks, an Australian company specialized in staffing for event setup, faced challenges managing its outsourced workforce. With hundreds of professionals in the field, it was essential to accurately track work confirmations, correct hour logging, and financial management. The main challenges included: Shift Control — ensuring every worker confirmed their presence at events. Work Hour Tracking — monitoring and validating each professional's actual working time. Integrated Financial Management — automating payment processes and integration with accounting systems. To meet these needs, we built a complete solution to streamline AllRanks' operation.

The solution
FlutterFlow + SQL. Flowcode built an admin panel and a mobile app, using FlutterFlow for a fast, responsive front end and SQL for a structured, efficient database. This combination delivered an integrated, optimized operational flow for AllRanks. Solution highlights: Real-Time Monitoring — presence confirmation and precise logging of hours worked. Automated Financial Management — streamlined payment control processes. Accounting Integration — a direct connection to accounting systems to simplify the financial flow. With this solution, AllRanks now has a robust, efficient system for managing its outsourced workforce, with better operational control and financial management.
