The challenge
Clube de Literatura Clássica needed to streamline its invoice issuing and order shipping workflow for subscribers. With more than 17,000 orders per month, managing these operations manually created bottlenecks and inefficiencies. It was essential to build a system capable of integrating multiple data sources, allowing edits before issuing, and delivering fast, reliable batch processing. The main challenges included: System Integration — consolidating data from multiple sources in a structured, secure way. Process Automation — reducing manual intervention in invoice issuing. Scalability and Efficiency — creating an optimized flow to manage high order volume without compromising performance. Given these needs, a robust, flexible solution was essential to deliver greater efficiency and operational control.
The solution
FlutterFlow + Supabase. To overcome these challenges, Flowcode built a custom solution using FlutterFlow for a dynamic, responsive front end, paired with Supabase as a scalable, secure backend. The system architecture included: Smart Automation — an intermediary system able to consolidate, edit, and batch-process invoices, speeding up the operation. Edge Functions — advanced Supabase functions for automated issuing and integration with external APIs. High-Volume Processing — a structure optimized to handle thousands of monthly orders efficiently. With this approach, Clube de Literatura Clássica now runs a simplified, fast invoice workflow, ensuring quicker deliveries and a highly scalable operation.
