The main challenge was integrating inventory management, available time slots, and service routes, ensuring precise control and a smooth journey for everyone involved. The challenges included: Inventory Management — monitoring vaccine availability in real time. Scheduling Control — organizing available time slots in a dynamic, accessible way. Route Optimization — planning logistics to maximize service efficiency. To meet these needs, we built a complete solution to transform the at-home vaccination experience.

Mobile App + Admin Panel with FlutterFlow and Supabase. To solve these challenges, Flowcode built a mobile app and an admin panel, using FlutterFlow for a dynamic, intuitive front end and Supabase as a scalable, secure backend. Solution highlights: Smart Inventory Management — automated control to prevent vaccine shortages. Optimized Scheduling — an intuitive interface for clients to easily pick available slots. Efficient Logistics — automated route planning to streamline service. Full Integration — an admin panel for monitoring orders, inventory, and logistics. Available on the App Store and Play Store — clients can schedule their vaccines right from the app. With this solution, Vaccini now runs a robust, scalable system, delivering greater operational efficiency and a smooth client experience.
